ABOUT US
Altitude Gym Sports was founded in 2011 by Michelle Mason after the closure of the very successful Bankstown Sports Youth Club, where Michelle coached and managed the club for approximately 23 years.
Michelle has an extensive back-ground in all areas of gymnastics, including coaching, judging and program development. Michelle is an International FIG Judge and is currently the National Judging Coordinator for Acrobatic Gymnastics, on the National Gymnastic Committee.
Altitude Gym Sports has continued the successes and achievements of its former operations and has continued to offer high quality gymnastic programs for all to enjoy, The club offers a fully equipped training facility with accredited coaching staff, providing expert and safe gymnastic instruction.
GymNSW has recognised Altitude Gym Sports as a Centre of Excellence in Education and many GymNSW / GymAUS education courses in both Coaching and Judging are held out of this venue.
Altitude Gym Sports is committed to the local community, offering a wide variety of competitive – State, National and International programs as well as and non-competitive (Recreational) programs.
Due to the various types of gymnastic programs (Gymsports) on offer, Altitude Gym Sports is unique within the community and staff are enthusiastic about bringing gymnastics to people from all walks of life.
