Altitude Gym Fee Policy

We encourage all new and existing members to read through our all of our policies including our fees policy prior to joining Altitude Gym Sports. Please click on the tab below for this years fee policy.

Annual Registration and Membership Fee 

All Altitude members attending classes must pay a Registration and Membership fee annually.  This fee is a 1 off payment in the calendar year and covers Registration and Insurance with Gymnastics NSW/Australia and Membership of Altitude. We offer a discount for multiple family members for the Membership fee, however GymNSW does not offer discounts. Please see the fees policy for Ts & Cs.

PLEASE NOTE: An athlete is regarded as a competitive athlete if they are in a Competition Class (i.e. Levels) and has competed in a NSW state event. 

In a calendar year, if a student moves from a Recreational Class into a Competition Class, the difference in the Registration fee will be due.

Team-Gym and Free-G athletes who attend competitions are regarded as Recreational Class.

Families who have a combination of Competition and non-Competition athletes are still eligible for the family discount on the Altitude Membership of $10 per sibling (capped at $5). E.g. Sibling 1 - $25, Sibling 2 - $15, Sibling 3 - $5 and any additional siblings - $5. The only exception being with under 5’s where all discounts for memberships are capped at $5 as the Membership fee is already discounted.

This registration fee is due each calendar year and is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, however is transferable to another gymnastic centre in the same calendar year. 

If the gymnast is registered at another gymnastic club and is transferring, or wishing to remain at both clubs in the same calendar year, please inform office staff as this affects both a portion of the fee and also the type of registration for that gymnast. 

If Altitude experiences an unfortunate event such as interruption to business, forced closure etc. the membership fee may be refunded under application by the member within 60 days. However the membership fee is non-refundable if the student leaves, sustains injury or is subject to suspension or cancellation of membership.

Term Class Fees          

Term Fees are to be paid up front each term by enrolling via the class registration portal.

The below fees table reflects the total fee for one class per week for a full 10 week term. When terms are 11 weeks or 9 weeks, or classes fall on public holidays, invoices will be adjusted to reflect this.

No Refunds

We do not refund fees once enrolled and paid for classes for a term. This is the reason for the Trial Class, in order to establish that this class is the ‘right fit’ for each student.

Invoices for a new term will be sent out via email. All accounts will need to be settled by the due date on the invoice or else risk late fees being charged/students being withdrawn from classes.

In the last three weeks of each term, parents must advise office if they do not wish their enrolment to continue. This includes changing to a different day, changing to a different type of class, or leaving with no intent to return in the following term.

Class fee discounts, such as family discount, and multi-class discounts, are also calculated by "per class / per term".  They are all 5% off.  

Children in Kindergym classes from 12 months (walking) to 2 years of age are entitled to a 50% discount on term fees.

As much as possible we operate based on a 10 week school term. When a public holiday occurs - terms will result in classes being calculated by the amount of weeks for that day in the term. However all other classes will be calculated by 10 weeks.

Members should fill in a new Enrolment Form if they wish to apply to change days or change classes at the end of each term. Changing days and changing classes will incur an administration fee of $10 per person if changing during term, however changing days or classes does not incur an administration fee if completed at the end of each term.

Fee Packages

Active Kids Vouchers

We accept the Active Kids vouchers, please apply online for your voucher and email voucher prior to enrolling into class.  

The process is as follows:

1. Members apply online for voucher via Services NSW and forward voucher to admin@altitudegym.com.au

2. Members must email actual voucher, anything less will be refused.

3. Altitude Gum Sports applies to Services NSW to redeem the $100 voucher.

4. Once application is accepted by Services NSW, your account will be credited with the amount to be used via the enrolment registration portal. 

5. Voucher providers are not permitted to refund vouchers to applicants, and they are not transferable to another provider.

6. Children are eligible from 4.5 yrs to claim their vouchers.

7. PLEASE NOTE: Creative Kids can be used for Free-G classes (Parkour) ONLY. This includes Mini-Ninja.
