I understand the terms conditions and policies of Altitude.

I understand that this agreement does not enrol my child into a class but confirms their 2023 Registration.

I understand that i will need to create a customer portal account to access class enrolment

I understand that active kids or creative kids (parkour only) vouchers for class enrolment will need to be sent via email to altitude prior to class enrolment.. Please note actual voucher must be provided, numbers will not be accepted.

I understand that if the vouchers are not sent prior to enrolment, they wont be able to be used and will sit as a credit until the following term.
