 Here you can find commonly asked questions regarding our customer portal. if you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please send us an email and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

 

I’m new to altitude, why can’t I get access to the customer portal?

If you are new to altitude, you will need to complete a trial class first. We do this so we can make sure your child feels comfortable in the class they are in but also for us to asses whether it is the most suitable class for your child skill wise. You can find our trial class form in the top menu bar. Once you fill out the trial class form, we will send you a confirmation for your class.

 

How do I get onto the portal, can I use my phone or do I need to use a computer?

Yes you can use your phone! If you would like to use your phone you will need to download the app, otherwise it will not work properly. You can also use the computer, a lot of people have found it easier using their desktop rather than their phones.

 

I’m trying to log in for the first time but it isn’t working?

If you have completed a trial or are a returning member and you are having trouble logging on, please email our admin team and we will send you a unique code.

 

I have logged into the portal but how do I add my child to a class?

  1. Click on Classes

  2. Click Add Enrolments then select the 2023 Enrolment option.

  3. You then will need to click on Select Student on the top right of the screen to select the child you are wanting to enrol.

  4. Scroll down through the class options available and make your selection.

  5. Add to your cart and then do the same process with any other students you are wishing to enrol.

  6. Go to Checkout, if you have sent any Active Kids vouchers to use, you will be able to click Add Available Credits to select your voucher.

  7. Make payment and then you will hear from us shortly.

 

I have an active kids voucher I want to use, how do I apply it?

If you are wanting to use your Active Kids voucher, you MUST send this to us before making payment for your class as we will need to add it to your customer credits. Once we have added it, you will be able to see it in the available credits link on checkout. Please send your vouchers to our email admin@altitudegym.com.au. PDF or Image of the voucher is accepted, emails with numbers will not.

 

Can I use Creative kids vouchers towards my payment?

You can only use the Creative Kids voucher if your child is in one of the Free-G (Parkour) classes listed below..

Mini-Ninja’s, Free-G Beginner, Free-G Junior, Free-G Senior, Free-G Advanced, Free-G Junior Advanced.

If your child is participating in one of these classes and want to use your Creative Kids Voucher, please send the image/PDF to admin@altitudegym.com.au
